BMW Club Nigeria, on the 10th of September 2016, rolled out an amazing, never seen before motorsports themed celebration, to mark the 100 years centenary anniversary of the BMW brand.
The event which took place at the prestigious Eko Atlantic City had a uniquely designed sequence of activities in a motorsports themed set-up.
The event highlights included a display of the latest BMW models, road safety awareness by a top FRSC official, bike exhibitions, music performances and an ultimate shopping experience. The main attraction was the exhibition of the uniquely customised BMWmodels around a racetrack which captivated the audience.
According to a PowerHouseMedia source – the activation firm that was in charge, BMW is all about luxury and performance and we are happy to be part of this unique show. Some of the guests included motorsports champion Shanin Nouri, Freeze and Kayla of coolfm, Deji and Toolz of Beatfm, Olamide “Baddo” Ozzy Agu, Ozzybosco and many other celebrities, top media and corporate executives.
One guest said” this show is way beyond what I expected”. “We are very surprised with the turnout despite the heavy downpour”, another said.
One media expert called the show “a new platform for advertising” as top corporate brands like First bank of Nigeria, Coscharis, Alpha Mead Facilities Management, Leadway Assurance, Pitstop, Yokohama, Mall for Africa, Regno Media, Djteefilms, Rocsol traffic safety, Uber, Laurent-Perrier Champagne and Powerhorse seized the opportunity to identify with performance.
